During Term 1, Mrs Brettig's Year 2 class and Mrs Higgins' Reception/Year 1 class studied the topic, "Workers in Our Community."  As part of this study, school parent and nurse, Lynn Vinall, visited the classes and talked about her work nursing premature babies in the neo-natal unit at the Flinders Medical Centre.

After her visit, the students prepared a Powerpoint presentation of the visit so that they could share their learning with others. The following slide show is an adaptation of that Powerpoint presentation. The text has been written by the students.
