"This should be another very interesting and productive year for Governing Council. Our school has been operating under Partnerships 21 for 4 years, and we are now accustomed to the differences in the Council's function. At our meetings we focus on the school priority areas and discuss the progress being made in our Partnerships Plan and Annual Plan goals. We also continue to contribute to the development of school policies.

 We believe we have an important role to play in the development of parents' knowledge and understanding about educational issues. We look forward to providing more of the high quality information sessions and workshops that our school community has highly valued over recent years."
