Our Student Representative Council is known as Kookaburra
Council. A student, elected from each class, attends Kookaburra Council
meetings each fortnight under the guidance of staff members. Each
student representative serves two school terms on Council. At
Kookaburra Council meetings, students discuss issues raised at class
meetings and make recommendations for consideration by staff and School
Governing Council.

In addition to
being a forum for student ideas, Kookaburra Council also organizes fun
activities for students, including regular student discos and the very
popular Casual Days. This year several charities will once again be
supported by the activities of Kookaburra Council.
Over the years,
many hundreds of dollars have been donated to organizations such as:-
The Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
The Anti-Cancer Foundation
The Salvation Army
